GTBN Evangelism Trailer

The Evangelism Trailer is a ministry resource available for use by churches, associations, and other ministry organizations or entities with priority given to GTBN churches. It is to be used for the purpose of evangelism, community outreach, or other ministry uses with priority given to evangelistic efforts.

Due to contributions to GTBN we are able to rent this trailer and its contents at a low rate for our churches and other approved entities. Rental for the trailer and its contents for a single day use is $100.00. We also require a $100.00 damage deposit which will be returned to you promptly following return of the trailer in acceptable order and receipt of an event evaluation form.

The following is required to reserve your date:

  • Rental Fee and Damage Deposit ($200 unless otherwise arranged)

  • Policy and Rental Agreement Forms

Please read the Evangelism Trailer Policy and Rental Agreement (available for download below) for more detailed information. For any questions please email Lizz at office@gtbn.us. GTBN will provide all needed documentation on the bounce house and other trailer equipment however churches are required to have their own liability insurance for the bounce house and follow all local laws for items used on the trailer for the day of the event.

Apply today to schedule your rental. You may apply online here or you may fill out the Policy and Rental Agreement available below and return it to the GTBN office with a check for your fee and deposit.

To reserve and use our Evangelism Trailer you must have one certified person with the trailer at all times it is in movement or use. Certification may be attained in person or through our online training course.

Use our online portal through REALM to pay your rental fee and damage deposit. Deposits will be returned in the way they are received.

 
 

Reservation Calendar

Please note requests for a reservation may be held for 5 days before they are forfeit if proper paperwork and payment is not submitted. Due to this all reservations listed may not be finalized at the time they are viewed. Please submit a request form to be placed on a waitlist even if your preferred dates are taken. Reservations may be requested up to 6 months before your event date.
