 How we facilitate awakening:

  • Provide a Ministry Health Assessment, a comprehensive review of the vital ministry systems and mission field of your church, to identify areas for development and improvement

  • Provide Congregational Coaching, working with a team of church leaders as they set priorities, develop strategies, and begin their implementation

  • Offer Church Fostering as a resource for churches that no longer have the leadership or resources for sustainable ministry

  • Facilitate Church Adoption in which a struggling congregation permanently yields autonomy to an adopting church which takes full responsibility for ministry at the adopted site

  • Facilitate Church Replants where a church is no longer active and has turned over its property by working with a coalition of churches to initiate a plant

  • Manage Legacy Grants when a church’s property is no longer suitable for a viable congregation; the property may be sold and proceeds placed in a fund to support church planting and revitalization efforts

  • Provide Pastor and Staff Search Team Coaching to train and coach search teams through the staff selection process

  • Provide Conflict Resolution to guide the church through an assessment of the situation with recommendations for moving past the conflict toward effective ministry

  • Provide Special Ministry Area Consultations/Coaching/Training to assist churches by providing gifted leaders from Network congregations for consultations or conferences in a variety of ministry areas.

  • Provide a detailed Demographics Survey of the church’s mission field to assist in planning outreach and mission development
